1K Phew Just Dropped Into Fortnite

Somewhere between thanking the bus driver and a Victory Royale, something unexpected just happened. Our January Cover Story artist, 1K Phew, has officially landed in Fortnite Festival.

“MOVE” (feat. Lecrae) is now in the game, and it hits like a full squad rushing Tilted Towers. High energy, no camping, just straight movement. This is the kind of track that turns your lobby into a dance floor, even if you’re getting eliminated mid-emote.

We called it earlier this year on his CCM cover, Phew’s in his season right now. But we didn’t expect it to be Season 2, Chapter 7. This is truly next level.

Now, for the confused millennials reading this—Fortnite Festival is basically Guitar Hero or Rock Band living inside Fortnite. Scrolling notes, perfect streaks, missed cues, the whole thing… just now you’re doing it while dressed like a banana or a superhero.

So, imagine this: you drop in, miss your first chest, panic-build absolutely nothing useful, and suddenly “MOVE” kicks in. Now you’re locked in, hitting notes, vibing, and forgetting you’re about to get sniped. It’s chaos. Holy chaos.

This song has real “final circle, zero builds, heart racing” energy. It’s the soundtrack to reboot vans, risky revives, and that one teammate who somehow clutches after disappearing for ten minutes.

If you don’t understand anything we just said… that’s okay. Just press play. It’ll make sense.

Part 1: I Wasn’t Good Enough. They Let Me In Anyway. I started playing with Third Day when I was 16 years old. At the time, I was a million times more passionate about being in a band than I was about developing real discipline on my instrument. I played bass mostly on instinct. The Read More

  • CCM Spotlight: Point of Grace

As a lifelong fan, there’s something powerful about sitting across from Point of Grace in this season of their lives. Not because they’re trying to prove anything. Not because they’re chasing what once was. But because, after decades of music, ministry, motherhood, and life, they’re finally saying exactly what they were meant to say all along. And they’re doing it together.  After 14 years they have returned with Read More

  • Third Day Tour Review: ALL HITS, NO MISSES

I’m typically protective of what would be considered spoiler territory, but given that Third Day has advertised this tour as “all the hits,” there’s really not much to spoil from a setlist perspective. And honestly, that’s a good thing. My family and I were able to attend the April 10 show in Chicago, Illinois, not our typical Read More

  • Michael Sweet’s Worship Project Out Now

For decades, Michael Sweet has delivered faith at full volume. Big hooks, bigger vocals, unmistakable conviction. But on The Master Plan, now available everywhere via Frontiers Music, he’s not dialing it back so much as redirecting it. Fair warning Stryper fans, this is a different kind of record, but not a full a departure either. More like a long-awaited Read More
